25 Web-based training (WBT) courses were converted from a learning management system format to a content management system solution approach. The results improved student access to content and streamlined sustaining requirements using direct HTML format (no Adobe Captivate versioning issues) in a single HTML file. When asked to support student tracking completion, an innovative solution using Sharepoint 2010 'List' capabilities with CSS3 and JavaScript was created.
